Get help with the standalone JGTV iPhone player.

Add a provider

Open Manage Providers in JGTV and choose Xtream Login or M3U Playlist. Use the details supplied by a provider you have permission to access.

Playback and library issues

Check that your provider subscription and connection are active. If you report an issue, include your iPhone model, iOS version, the JGTV version under Settings → About, and the steps that led to the issue. Leave out passwords and full playlist links.
